The content, layout, and focus is perfect for me. I am so glad I found this. You far surpass your competitors in this area. I also love the artwork on the cover. It is beautiful.

Because I want to be a repeat customer, I do have a recommendation. I have looked at many, many planners all within a similar price point. Your planner’s only weakness to me is that the cover and paper are thinner and less likely to stand up to constant wear. Please consider a thicker paper stock and a cover that is closer to a cardboard thickness. (Also, I did not see any add ons, like book marks, or paper page sticky replacements. I would buy them if you offered them.)

This is the first year using the planner. So far I love it. Done section is a nice referral, but I have my own zoning areas and done differently. It would be nice to have more empty spaces for to write our own.

UPDATE On LAST REVIEW

They actually did get back to me after a few days and refunded, and fixed the issue. Every planner I have used in the past from them has been great, it just took a couple of days for them to fix this. So I am updating my previous review, even though it won't let me update it. If you are looking for a great planner this has always been great, just one time there was an issue when they had manufacturing issues from their manufacturer.
